独自の世界観で聴かせるRemix作品「
In Days To Come」はじめ、Nickelmanとの共作12"「
Thing」をリリースした「Loud & Proud」所属、
Sennaの3nd MIX CD。
普段はレコードバイヤーとして日々膨大な量のアナログをチェック。そしてその知識をMIXで活かすべく、90年代中期以降のアンダーグラウンドHIP HOP/ABSTRACTからJAZZ/DOWN TEMPO、ネタものまで他のMIX作品とは一味、二味も異なる曲をセレクト。いわゆる「新譜」、「CLASSICS」という様な画一的なテーマに拘らず、HIP HOPでありながらどこまでSPIRITUAL、浮遊感のある作品に仕上げるかに重点が置かれている。MIXに関してもターンテーブルだけでは表現しきれないEDIT/ブレンド/エフェクトを多用、従来の楽曲では産み出す事の出来ないGROOVEで溢れ、トラックリストを見た感じ以上のインパクトを展開。HIP HOP→BREAKBEATS→ネタもの→HIP HOP→DOWN TEMPOの流れと、創り込んだMIX作品に是非酔いしれて下さい。また自身のオリジナル曲も散りばめられ非常に創り込んだ作品となっています。HIMUKIらを擁するレーベルS.O.U.RECORDSのコンピレーションにも参加。クールすぎるプライスも素晴らしい。
