03, 08, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 35, 38, 39, 41, 43は再発もされているのでこの年の豊作具合は一目了然！

（勿論DJ SEIJIは全てオリジナル盤を使用）更にこの年はDef Jam音源がかなり豊作！

まずは、DJ Premier関連からGang Starr 「Step In The Arena」の先行シングルからの23, 32、この曲はDJ Premierが擦りネタとして当時のヒット曲を使用していた事で22、31から入るようなにネタ振りが実現！

当時Kiss FMでパワープレイされていたレッドアラートプロデュースのアルバムからのカットの9、10。Curtis Mayfield「Give Me Your Love」をカバーしたシスターズ・ラブをサンプリングした11。グレン・マック「ファンキーセンセーション」をピッチを下げて黒い音に変えた14。Marley Marl以降に登場したドラムの組み換えが上手いハービー・ラブパブによるアパッチの組み換え曲の15。12インチにはなっていないがDJ Scratchがスクラッチしまくりのアルバム収録の好曲17。スパーマリオを最初にサンプリングで使った29。約１ケ月ビルボードラップチャートで１位を取りLarge Professorのプロダクションが高い評価を得た33。スパイクリーの映画「モーベターブルース」のサントラからのシングルカットの41。など時代背景を感じられる抜群の選曲。
